Welcome to the Pates Lake Homeowners Association! Our 163-home subdivision in located on Jonesboro Road, 4 miles west of I-75 off of exit 221. Begun in 1988, our covenant community is now complete and features single-family homes on acre lots, many with lake access and/or views.
Pates Lake Amenities
Our community has a Commons Area with a pool, 2 tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, large playground and a pavilion for our residents' use. The Pavilion is equipped with picnic tables and is large enough to accommodate group events. The Pavilion can be reserved for residents' use for up to 2 hours at a time.
